99 Sub Steering Column
How do you get the top steering column cover off? It seems to be blocked by the ignition switch. Do you have to remove the switch first? If so, how? I,m trying to get to the 3 wires that go to the PassCode module. Thanks.

If you have the second design TAC column, the upper and lower trim covers for the steering column are hed together by three Torx screws and a few interlocking clips around the perimeter of the covers.
