Interesting...I'm eager to see what we come up with. I know zip about sport bikes...couldn't tell you what might fit you.

So I'll give you my stock advice, which you'll ignore...they all do...

Get a dirt cheap 80's Jap standard, and old Bandit or a Nighthawk or something, learn to ride on it, and save yourself some money and injury from starting above your head....ride it for 6 months, sell it for what you paid, and THEN you'll have some idea what you want/expect from a bike.

That's the time to get picky...

Good luck, and be safe...

Re: Im a young gun please help

ok.

its my time to play big bad moderator.

as a newbie let us show you the way to a safe and happy motorcycling future.

1st step. have you read the stickies??????

2nd step. come back with detailed questions about specific bikes

this is not to "flame" you or stop you from being a part of our little world, its just that every newbie jumps in and asks the same question. we have answered it so many times before.

any questions other than "hi i know nothing about bikes but like them, please help?" will be answered by the best experts we can offer. even if it is a Veedub driving hairdresser from florida with a thing for yellow.
