sr20VE head --> sr20de?
just wondering if anybody has heard anything about bolting the sr20VE head (which would be from the front wheel drive engine) onto the RWD sr20de/t block?
EDIT: seems that this would be alot more expensive then just buying a redtop det...durrrrrrrr

Re: sr20VE head --> sr20de?
There have been some threads on this. really WOULD be worth it if you ask me. 40hp on top of a DE. That's pretty sweet. I'm going to do it, whenever I get out of this blasted place called college. There isn't really too much stuff to mod. Adapter plates for the selenoids (or you could box the firewall), and drilling the head for the oil feed. Then just the normal ECU, MAF, etc. Not really too big of a deal.
