2002 Durango PCM replacement

Someone please help me!

Have 2002 Durango that needs a new PCM. Dealership and local mechanic both agree this is problem. Also had a 2003 same problem, so am certain this is problem.

Part has been on backorder from Dodge for 4 weeks. Am really needing my ride back! I am not new to turnin wrenches, but have not worked in a shop for 20 years.

How do I replace this part? Anything special I need to watch or proceedure to follow? Don't have the budget to buy a service manual right now, and am losing money with this vehicle down so I need it bad!!!
