Installing Halo Headlights

I recently bought these headlights and they have this halo feature. Doesn't really do anything for me but why not hook them up now that I have them right? However, I'm not quite sure how to do this.

I assume this plug is for the lights should use the one already in my car (Haven't opened up to look yet)

And these wires are for the halos I assume, but where do I connect these? The headlights didn't come with any instructions. I'm thinking I may just splice them into either my turn signals or parking lights, but I'm not quite sure what those are.

Anyone have any idea?

you are supposed to splice them into your parking lights get some t-taps from an electrical store and its should be relatively easy. i hooked mine up when i got them but one of the halos didnt work so i just unhooked them

Re: Installing Halo Headlights

Like I said, I don't really care if the halo's work or not, I just like the way the lights look. But might as well try to do it seeing as I have them.

I'll look into that t tap thing. Also should I go get some Sylvania Silverstar lights to replace the ones that come with the headlights? After reading this forum it seems like that is a good idea.

Re: Installing Halo Headlights

yeah sylvanias are good..ive had problems with them in my crx, gone thru about 3 pairs but i just bitch to the ppl where i bought them from and they give me new ones lol. i think they look great without the halo but wish mine worked. it should change your bulbs to h1's or h4's im not sure. the t tap is just a little plastic piece that has a piece of metal laying between the two chambers where you put the wires. no cutting or anything is needed just put the wires in and squeeze it down.

Re: Installing Halo Headlights

Since you said the halo's didn't work, how exactly did you hook them up?
