Changed rear strut...now wheel is turned inwards on 96 Regal

I was replacing the rear struts on my 96 Regal winter beater. Driver side one was no problem.

When I disconnected the passenger side strut and I heard a pop.

Now the wheel is turned inward and I can't find the adjustment to turn it back. The front lateral arm reaches the bolt hole if you angle the wheel inward but the rear won't. They aren't bent either.

Maybe I'm installing something in the wrong order?

How do I turn the wheel back?
