Hey Guys,
I just purchased a 97' Trans Am and everything seems in working order...except ive got a little problem. My Turn signals rapidly pulsate when they should simply be blinking. Instead of blinking at an average speed of 2-3 seconds...etc it rapidly flashes several times per second. Is there something in specific that may be causing this strange behavior?!? Thanks well in advance for any advice. -Dean ![]() EDIT: Ive just read something about the hazards....ill test it out and get back to you. |

Re: 97' Trans Am Turn Signal Flasher
are all the bulbs ok? same with fuses? there is a main blinker fuse, it is a metal round silver thing. i forgot what they actual call it.

Re: 97' Trans Am Turn Signal Flasher
I notice that my car did that when i had a battery charger hooked up to it. but in your case it sounds like a fuse or something like that.

Re: 97' Trans Am Turn Signal Flasher
check your bulbs if you have lower wattage rating bulbs in your flashers, some cars will flash faster.. my friend recently put LED's into his tC instead of normal lights and they flash crazy fast..
