I have a 4 door 04 cavalier, 2.2 ecotech manual (well duhhh) i have to do the clutch slave cylinder and its broke down at a walmart, i looked on alldata and it says i have to pull the tranny
Is there a way around having to do that? wouldnt bother me if i had it at my work or even my house but i really dont wanna pull a tranny in walmart parking lot.

Re: Clutch Slave Cylinder
correct me if im wrong but isnt there a plate you can remove to repair/service the slave cylinder. You should be able to access what you need to from there. should just be a couple bolts and the linkage to the clutch to disconnect.

Re: Clutch Slave Cylinder
On my ex's 96 isuzu tranny, we had to pull a CV shaft and drop the tranny..
I haven't touched a getrag tranny, so I am not too sure. Rent a dolly and tow her home man.
