Front bumper falling off

I was recently involved in a front end bumper accident. The front bumper is now very loose, and it looks like it was only attached by clips? The metal frame behind the bumper is a dented in. Would I be able to re-attach the bumper myself? I was thinking about buying new (clips)? Any help is appreciated. - Thanks in advance - Johnny
