2003 starting problems..

I have a 2003 Blazer Xtreme.. Sometimes when starting it aucutally starts and this complete shuts off... It always starts up on the second try... When coming to a breaking stop it rough idels and battery guage on the insturment panel goes down to almost nothing and back up and everything is fine..

This only happens sometimes.. I am thinking EGR..
Can someone shed some light?

Re: 2003 starting problems..

Checking the EGR is not a bad idea. Cleaning the IAC and air passages (and the rest of the throttle body) is probably a GOOD idea.
