'99 Golf Electrical Gremlins

Gremlins have moved in to my '99 Golf! Using key, central locking does not lock doors, does not set alarm, interior lights do not go out when all doors closed, engine running or not, with doors closed and enegine running, signal alert goes on/off/on/off, with doors closed, engine running and headlight switch turned on, signal alert gives a constant tone. Thoughts? Thx
