Just Goofin'

These are two sketches that I did tonight. Of course, while scanning them, I couldn't leave them alone so I did some editing. The Camaro has a little sketch time into it, albeit w/ a #2 mech on vellum, and I just did the editing in place of the grainy reflections and windows... not shooting for anything fantastic. The other car, I just drew on a legal pad w/o anything in mind and kinda liked the general shape. I did actually put some time into the "rendering" side (minus the wheels and wheel wells) but eventually, it got late and I got bored and I just saved it as is. This is only my second time to digitally "render" so go easy on me haha... Maybe I'll work on the non-Camaro car again someday but its unlikely... I've been putting between about 4 to 6 hours a day into sketching lately so I really am trying to hone my skills a little more... Feel free to leave C&C if you feel that its blatantly obvious that I'm making some huge mistake; otherwise, just note that these are some doodles (which makes up about 90% of my sketching time...)

Thanks in advance!

Re: Just Goofin'

Watch out for the far front end of your second sketch. The viewing angle you can read from the trunk at the roof would mean that you forgot the drivers side front fender.
Your sketch looks twisted therefore.

The shading is quite nice already. Looks quite realistic.

Keep going on the photo editing. They're looking pretty nice.

Re: Just Goofin'

Thanks a ton guys... I probably won't pursue the digital editing too much further... Its just one of those things I couldnt hold back from trying... Someone on speedanddesign said I should hold off anyways haha...
