JG camshaft 85vt35 valve setting spec need help

i have a JDM D15b vtec with JG CAMSHAFT 85vt35.. i am using stock valve spring and retainer.. i need to know what is the setting on the valve when i readjust valve etc...

does anyone knoe the spec for the valve spring suppose to be at when you are using the JG CAMSHAFT??
