|
89 Aerostar- engine turns but will not start.
Hello all. I own a 1989 Ford Aerostar and am currently having a problem with it. The engine turns but the van will not start. Thus far I have replaced the ignition coil and nothing. If anyone can shed some light on the problem here I'd really appreicate it.

fuel injected of carb? Do you have spark to the plugs? If carb do you have gas to it? If fuel injected you can tell if you get gas to the injectors, but you really dont know if the computer is feeding the gas to the injectors

Yeah! Definately check for fuel pressure and spark.
