95 Mustang GT Running Oddly

Ok, When I say running oddly I mean it. What happens is an odd noise starts then the tach goes all crazy. It will start jumping from 4k to 2k then 2500 then zero. The noise is something like Ice in a blender or a spinning shaft with bad bearings. Better yet it sounds like a turkey call. It will not start after the engine stops until maybe a half hour later. I'm pretty sure its the bearings in the distributor. I've adjusted the IAC and I have fuel pressure. I also have voltage coming out of the Coil. I've cleaned the EGR and MAF. I also cleaned the IAT. Though I'd love to mess with it I have be 100 miles away from here by sunday.

So with the mustang in the driveway, I'd like some professional insight before I clean out my bank account buying sensors.
