1999 cougar

i just inherited a 1999 cougar v6 at. and want to know what kind of upgrades i should do to it to get any real horses out of it . any suggestions???????

3.0L swap, turbo kit, supercharger, nitrous, custom cams, high compression pistons, SVT goodies, etc. These are all things you could do.

The CD4E automatic trans is a POS imho. Id first start off by getting a tranny cooler since they self destruct themselves from running so hot, not to mention, they dont like how power levels.

Where would be the best place to shop for SVT goodies and what would be the best exhaust systym for me to get
