Re: Window Tint

I got my front windows professionaly tinted and I beleive they guy said they were 20 percent. He did the the fronts to match the rest of them and it came out very nice... I would recomment just taking it to a place that does tint all the time. They usually give you a gurantee of some sort on it and all and it takes a little bit of time and patience to do it. I have done some in the passed and these seem to be a bit of a pain in the ass because of the way the door panels come up passed the window in the forward part of the door and getting the tint to lay just right behine it can be a pain. Here is a pic of mine after it was done.

Arrow Re: Window Tint

I Had The Dealer Put The Tint On My Front Windows Before I Would Sign. There Are Many Places To Get It Put On. A Pro Is The Only Way To Go If You Have Ever Tried It Yourself. I Have And Beleive Me It Is Not East To Get It Correct.
There Are Laws On How Dark You Can Have Tint On Front Windows. I Would Match The Back. I Like Limo Back On The Back Ones.
I Live In Houston And You Are A Fool If You Do Not Invest In Tint In This Hot Climate. I Also Think Vent Shades On The Windows Are A Big Help.

Re: Window Tint

I live in Iowa, the city law is 70% for the front 2 and 20% to the AS-1 line on the front window. no no no no this just wont do at all, tinted the front to match the rear cost me 60 bucks and 20 mins of time at a real pro . laser cut the tint before i ever got there and applied it in less time than it took to drive there. i cannot figure out how i have ever lived without tint on the front windows before. ill post a picture of it before and after , tint with ventshades and the must have lund wrap around bug deflector II it lokks DAMN nice all said and done. gives it a fat look if you ask me.

thats "fat" not "phat" looking
