2002 Suburban, vibration @ 57 MPH

I saw this question in other posts here, but I already addressed the suggested solutions.
I have a 2002 Suburban. I have a vibration in the front right. It feels like one wheel is riding on the rumble strip. I can feel this at about 45 MPH. It becomes more pronounced at 57 MPH. The whole vehicle vibrates then.
Chevy dealer balanced the tires, rotated the tires, replaced the tires with same model, aligned vehicle, road balanced tires and can't find anything esle wrong. They inspected whole front end (ball joints, idler arm, tie rods, drive shaft, etc.). I also had front shocks replaced. When I went to Chevy shop they found the old tires were cupping with 20,000 miles. The only other front end service was an ABS recall and front brakes and rotors.
A second Chevy shop inspected front end and could not find anything wrong. An independent shop also found nothing wrong.
Any suggestions?

I have 150K on my 01 2500 suburban and am having the exact problem. Did you find an answer?

Old thread. Best to start a new one.
Has anyone checked the runout of the hubs?

Re: 2002 Suburban, vibration @ 57 MPH

No, I have not found a solution/cause yet. I changed the tires, then upgraded to Michelin. I had 2 tie rods changed (I can't remember if they were inner or outer). I changed the front shocks. Had all 4 wheels speed balanced. Had 2 allignments. Nothing helped. The above work did make the ride smoother, but it has not gone away.
To be fair, the Chevy dealership where I bought the car did not charge for a majority of the labor, and gave me a break on parts.
I am now having similar problems with my 2004 Blazer. That one only has about 40,000 miles. Could be an inherent Chevy problem. I had the same thing with my 2000 Silverado at about 90,000 miles.

GMMerlin.
The dealer says he checked the hubs, bearings and bushings. What is the runout of the hubs?

If you have excessive lateral or radial runout, that can act like a wheel imbalance and cause a vibration.
From looking at your history about your other vehicles, you may be one of those people who are vibration sensitive.
