Outside Tempature Reading

Looked ll over for this and finally decided to post on here. My Outside Tempature on the guage is telling me it is 140 degree's outside. I know that isnt right. Has anyone ever heard of this and does anyone know where the sensor is located so I can check to see if it is touching something?
Thanks in advance

Re: Outside Tempature Reading

The sensor is located in the front behind the grille. It's a black, plastic sensor.

Re: Outside Tempature Reading

You should be able to find it without taking anything apart. It would be best to look at the new part so you know what you are looking for. I would hate to see you try to yank off a crash sensor and deploy the bags.
