which speakers should i get?

I know these arent the greatest speakers but i dont want to spend a lot of money im just looking to replace my factory speakrs which are blown. I need a pair in the front and a pair in the back. I just need to know what you guys think are better:

in that price range, probably won't matter too much. Specs look pretty similiar

actully i wouldn't get ehter because the rms is only 35w cause most aftermarket hu give out atleast 40+ watts. these are what i have right now http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Kicke...oductDetail.do for speakers and being kicker they sound mad nice and get decent bass

Headunits may say 40x4, or 50x4, but they won't be putting our 40 or 50 continuous watts to each channel, isn't going to happen.

most aftermarket hu's put out 18-22 rms, so either would be fine.
