Looking for a new car... need opinions
Im looking for a new car. It would be a stick with a year no later than 97 and nothing brand new. The catch is, i only have 15,000 to spend. I have been looking around and I need other opinions, please dont post and stupid stuff like "you cant get anything good for 15,000". thanks

you could probably find a pretty nice 240sx for that much, can't beat RWD. And there is a lot of stuff you can do to it i.e. engine swaps, turbo it, ect.

You can find very desent used mustangs for 15,000. Look in magazines for the ones that have already been owned by a gearhead. That way youll get something a little more high performance than straight stock

i say you get a 240 too. 15 grand is PLENTY to mess around with.
 you can get one to s13 or s14 specs, whichever you prefer. man.....that would be so nice. you can get complete jdm front clips for a few grand, including the nice sr20det. and just as johnny said, you can't beat a RWD. FWD's are cool too though

I agree with the mustangs. But if you do want import the 240 idea is sweet. You can do alot with 15k. you could build a very fast and good looking CRX with that much. Pick up a straight CRX SI for like 3500 and redo it. Type R/ CRV-tec swap, paint, new interior. You can do alot with 15k. good luck

wow. 2 great FR drifter cars baby. haha. are you into drifting? cuz those two are pretty popular drift cars in japan. I just borrowed my friends Option magazine. The one w/ the pink supra on the front. They have some crazy fd3s' and soarer's in there man. i never thought a lexus could drift so well......

yeah and leather interior is nice ;].........aint getting that in no honda
and you can pull mad females with a rx7 or a sc300 thats just my opinion cause i love females
