Rodeo problem.
my truck starts sounding like a diesel car every morning when i start it up, any suggestions?

Make sure oil changes are done on schedule and check the level frequently.

Might as well get a CB radio, a commercial driver's license, some mudflaps with chrome girlies and practice your best diner belch.
I agree with the others, the lifters are the likely culprit. No easy way out if that's the case unless you have either a lot of tools, parts and patience or a lot of money for a qualified shop to repair it. Sorry to make light of the situation you're in, but it's a common occurence (see Amigo's reply) when these trucks are starved of clean oil. tom
