Question Engine Code KA24DE, how do u know

I went on Napa online, driverfx and a few other sites and they all want to know the same thing when it comes to ordering a pcv, is your engine code ka24de.
How do I find out if mine is?
Its a 97 altima 2.4 gxe if that helps?

I'm sorry that my last couple of posts make me look like I know nothing about cars, that is not the case, I do know alot about them but this nissan 2.4 is very differnt from anything I've ever worked on in my life.
But this 2.4l like I said is a hole other ball game.

Re: Engine Code KA24DE, how do u know

Yes the engine code is KA24DE. I don't know what the KA stands for, but the 24 is the 2.4 liter engine size. The DE I have no idea but yes, that is the engine name. I have a 95GXE and it also has the same engine. Make sure that you specifiy that Altima is front-wheel drive because the 240SX is a rear-wheel drive car with the same engine with two headers. Make sure you specify that to them.
