h22a into a 91 civic dx
Hi im new to your board and i have a quick couple of questions to ask you. I have a 1991 civic dx hatch with the stock d15, im looking at swapping it for a h22a or a zc. i know the 91 zc will be a direct swap but i have no clue how im going to fit the h22 in my car, my car now has an a/t but im looking to go for a five speed, if you guys could help me in finding what i need for a swap with the h22 it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Re: h22a into a 91 civic dx
Thanks for all of the info, but now looking at how much it is gonna cost me and all of the work im gonna need to do to get this motor into my car i might go with a turbo b16a1. I first wanted to go with a h22 beacuse my friend owns Sullivan Racing and he has a geo storm with a impulse and a t70 turbo running 25psi of boost. he also has a 91 integra with a b16a swap n/a for now but he's gonna turbo it soon. ever since i met him it has been a race to go faster, and he has always won. he got the impulse for $200 with trans and ecu. now im looking at 5000 or more to drop a h22 in. on a different subject, who here would rather do a b16a swap, and would it be as reliable as the h22 if i run boost? thank you guys for the info on the h22 and the help.
