2000 3.4 wont stay running
my car wont keep running. it is only getting a fixed amount of gas and if you call for more, it dies. i replaced the fuel filter already. my friend is coming over with a pressure guage and a code reader to see if we can get to the bottom of this. just did new plugs and wires also. any ideas?

Sounds like you're doing the right thing by checking fuel system pressure.

we have narrowed it down to the cam position sensor. friend had a snap-on diagnostic tool (cool as hell) and it seems that the sensor is not always on. for $35 i am willing to try it
