Question Castrol Super Clean

I have been seeing a lot about using castrol super clean to remove the paint. How long do you let it sit? Do you spray it on the model or let it soak in it? Does it work well on the enamals as well as the acrylics? I've always just sanded. This seems like it might be a little easier.
