Question comptech sway bar & tie bar combo

I was wondering if having a anyone has any experience or opinions about the comptech sway bar and tie bar combo. Good? Bad?? I read in a previous thread that the skunk2 sway bar came with a backing plate to prevent subframe tear through. Does comptech come with backing plates as well? I'm a newbie to the suspension forum so please forgive me if this question sounds stupid, but does have sway bars and tie bars and etc. make a difference if you are sporting stock springs and shocks? In my area, there are a lot of hills and potholes everywhere so I am hesistant to lower my car. In my opinion, my car is already low enough with the stock springs and shocks, plus I just purchased a bodykit that hangs lower than the stock bumpers and dont want to be scraping all over the place when I drive around. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The strut bar is the reinforcement part. It's a good/quality part and legal for SCCA CLub Racing for trunk kits.
