Help
I'm idling weird, less then 1k at idle. When driving it feels under powered until I hit about 3k rpm and it will pick up some speed. Someone I talked to said it was the spark plugs or the spark plug wires, anyone else think that's the case? Or...?

When were the last time the above mentioned were changed, and what was the color of the plugs...?
Might check the timing and cam/crankshaft alignment. T-belt could have jumped a tooth are two, throwing the timing off.. "Noth'in like Induction..." ![]() -Ryan-

Replaced the spark plugs and now the car isn't starting. Talked to a mech and he said it could be the distributor cap and rotor, so I am going to try that tomorrow, if that doesn't work then I'm just going to have someone take a look. I don't have time at the moment to work on the thing.

Well if u can rev past 3 grand then its not ur distributor. I'm goin with the same problem but it bogs at like 50 mph or sometimes higher. Its the spark plug wires. I have cuts in 1 and 3 so i know its gotta be the wires.
