Seat moving foward during braking

I have a 2000 chevrolet tahoe LT with the power leather seats. Whenever i do moderate to heavy braking my seat slides forward. I was wondering has this happened to anyone else. IF so is their anyway to tighten the rails which the seat rest on or any other fix to help this problem. Thanks a lot
