Drove a new Civic

A close friend of mine just bout an 06 EX and I got to drive it for a little. What a nice car. Sure it is not a performer but the interior was nice and that gauge cluster is crazy. I haven't quite come to grips totally with the exterior yet but its not terrible. Maybe in a few years I will get one used.

Re: Drove a new Civic

yea that tach is huge! Good for the driver though, they can watch the revs closely to keep fuel economy in check. The interior is a little futureistic looking, but like always, it's straightforward & it works well.

Re: Drove a new Civic

Just bought myself one, and the ride is nice, futurisic, yes, but a very comfortabel car for a guy who is 6foot 6!

Blows away my Blazer on fuel economy too.

Re: Drove a new Civic

Haha this is a funny post, I think that within 2 or 3 months of starting this post I bought my brand new 07...... so much for waiting a few years for a used one. I guess the car did make quite an impression on me.

Re: Drove a new Civic

I just bought (1 week and a couple of days ago) a new 07 Ralley Red EX coupe. All I can say is WOW!!

This is my very first econobox, and I am loving the 28.6MPG that I got with the first tank, I put the second tank in it this morning, but my mileage had dropped to 26.6 , I must have driven it a little harder this go around. It still beats the mileage that I was getting driving my 69 GTO everyday though. I love the interior of this thing, and the moonroof.

The mpg most likely will vary during your break in period.
