Spark Plugs & Wires
I have 90K and it is getting time to replace the plugs. Anyone have any good recommendations? I have read on this forum about the Bosch, but not sure if there is a consensus that they improve performance. When I replace the plugs is there any merit to replacing the wires too or is it a mute point for a daily driver?

Assuming you have the 4.2L I6, there are no ignition wires per se. These have a coil-over ignition system. Go slow with the 6 coil hold-down bolts as they thread waaaay down into the aluminum cylinder head and will snap like toothpicks if you hulk on them, at which point you are screwed. Personally, I would not use anything but OEM, regular denso or NGK plugs. I'd put a dab of never-seize on the plugs and bolts before install.
