Thumbs down '92 windshield wiper problem

just wondering if anyone knows how to fix my problem. when i turn on my wipers they will keep running even if they are if the OFF position, also the delays no longer work either, only high and low. let me know if anyone knows what to do, thanks.

also check your fuses. and the wiper switch assembly itself, something in there may be dirty or stuck.
