Re: Saints Row

I really hope this game is better then grand theft auto, if so it might lead to GTA 4 improving alot just to compete.

I dont know about this game seems like another GTA type game and IMO GTA wasnt that great. maybe I'll rent it and try it out to see what exactly its all about.

Not a bad idea on renting it...I bought the full version and I beat it in less than a week. Still had a hell of a lot of fun though.

Re: Saints Row

I've been really interested in this game, just how much more freedom does it offer the player compared to GTA?

I'm a big fan of "sandbox" type games, but I'm not buying an XBox 360 until they become cheap, so I guess I'll have to wait, unless it comes out on PS3.

It offers just as much freedom as far as roaming around, but one thing I liked a lot of modding the cars. Just about any car driving around can be taken to "Rim Jobs" and modded with hydros, N20, colors, rims, body kits, grills, all kinds of stuff.

I just found the game a little boring after I completed the storyline missions and all the activities...there's not much replay value in it even though you can go back and play old missions.

I heard that Saints Row will be exclusive to the 360 though.

Re: Saints Row

Hrm, I guess if it's going to be exclusive, then it's fair to say I've got a nice little wait

Re: Saints Row

^ you're not missing anything too amazing. it's almost exactlylke GTA:SA but there are no bikes, and no planes or helicopters.
