Never thought I'd end up with an e type
it can be done! I bought a series 2 coupe 2 years ago for £1000, worked on it for ages and spend another £2000, and now I'm driving about in a slightly rough but fabulous E TYPE JAGUAR ha ha hahahhhhh!!!!! (gloat etc). but you have to be sooooo lucky and be prepared to do a bit of work...

Hi welcome to AF. I'm not sure if you realize this or not, but this is a forum, not a live chat. The Jaguar area unfortunantly doesn't get alot of traffic, so for somebody to answer your first post in 3 minutes is highly unlikely. If you seriously have a question, comment, etc, post it, and give it time, and people will respond. But when somebody such as yourself posts 5x in a thread, such as you did here, we consider that post whoring, which is prohibited.
May I suggest you reread the AF user guidelines to familiarize yourself with what is and isn't allowed here. Because if this type of behavior continues we will have to terminate your membership. Thanks.
