service engine light - fault code P0301
I have a 2000 Tacoma 4 clynder truck, service engine light is on with fault code P0301 on the diagnostic which indicates ignition problem in cylinder 1. I have replaced spark plugs and the combination coil/injector unit for that cylinder. I cleared the fault code and it returned. Truck runs slightly rough on idle. Fuel filter was also replaced. I also used injector cleaner addative to the gasoline. The wiring looks very complex to replace.
Anyone have any other suggestions before I spend alot dough at the dealer???
