Daytime Running Light (DRL) Module/Relay for 2000 T&C Limited

Hello,

Does anyone know the part number for the Daytime Running Light Module/Relay for a 2000 Town & Country Limited? I understand that is is a combination DRL/Flasher relay? And that it is supposed to be yellow. Also, does anyone know where I would be able to buy it?
