Re: No heat with fan on high
Restricted heater core. Check both hoses going to the heater core. They should almost be equally hot. Heater cores need to be flushed separately from the rest of the cooling system.

Re: No heat with fan on high
i found that the water pumps get eaten alive...i have the same "unsolved but better" problem on my 95' wagon. i pulled the water pump and found it to look like a saw blade...i flushed the system till i couldnt flush anymore...the heat works, but not so good...i have to wander where did the fins from the original water pump go...probably into my heater core and cant get flushed out....ive yet to do a heater core in the car. i would start with the water pump...it was quite amazing when i pulled it...in fact its on display in my shop! it became the saw blade of water pumps...i was amazed the car didnt overheat from no water pumping through it....car is great in the summer...but the winter sucks with hardly any heat...very common on these cars. do your vents operate properly? because the switches are faulty on these cars too....and a nightmare to change from what i hear...search these posts for the procedure to check the switch...i did and luckily (i guess) mines ok
