Winter Storage (depending on where you live)

so when all that sunny warm weather goes away and its time for that depressing snowy season, what do you guys do with your cars? obviously the guys with a garage will put it in the garage... but what about those without? mine has just sat in the driveway... i cleared the snow off of it after every storm but thats about the best i can do... i might pick up a cover soon i dunno. any opinions or ideas would be appreciated thanks

Re: Winter Storage (depending on where you live)

lol well this is one thing I've found

Prevent gas line freeze. Using a winter fuel system cleaner helps prevent gas line freeze in extremely cold weather conditions. Prestone R&D engineers recommend adding a bottle of fuel de-icer at every fill up to keep moisture from freezing in the fuel line

Re: Winter Storage (depending on where you live)

Find a storage place that has car bays, theyare pretty comon, like 50-200 bucks a month depending on where you live. (Downtown New York or some backwater Kentucky shit hole.)

Re: Winter Storage (depending on where you live)

lol ok.. wasnt sure. well i dont live in a kentucky shithole if you were wondering lol

but i think im just going to cover it... that $50 a month adds up and i could use it at the end of the season instead of spending it on a garage yanno? new turbo timer... conversion parts... theres always shit to be bought lol but thanks for the input
