94 Tempo?

I'm thinking on buying one from my friend, but the horn doesnt work, and i need it for the MVI. How much would that normally cost to fix?

Depends on what's wrong. Did you check to see if you are getting power to the horn? Does the horn work if you bypass the switch? Look at a wiring diagram and check the circuit. Make sure all the connections are clean and secure.
