Question 2000 Buick Century Odometer light out

I own a 2000 Buick Century and the odometer backlight does not light up so you can not view the mileage on the odometer. The speedodometer works fine. The gas guage dial also does not work either, it goes to full as soon as you start the car regardless of the actual fuel level. I have tried turning the dimmer switch on the headlight knob and that doesn't do anything to the odometer light. You can not see it day or night.
Anyone have any ideas has to what might be my problem?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: 2000 Buick Century Odometer light out

Welcome to AF.

Typically the problems you are having indicate a problem with the Instrument Panel cluster. About all you can do is remove the dash bezel and the IP to check for proper connection and voltages if you have a service manual wiring diagram.
