not sure for a fact but i beleave all ION 3s have RKE standard and other trim levels have it as a option.
i'm assuming since you are not sure that this is a used car? if you can track down the window sticker it should tell you or if you call your local Saturn dealership's service department with your VIN they may be able to list all your RPOs(production options) and if you don't have RKE, they may even be able to install a stock system for you.
