91 Acura LS Wiper, Cruise and Defog problems

Got a '91 Acura Integra LS which has factory cruise which will not work, the wipers will turn on when you switch it to intermittent, but operate at LO speed, not intermittent.

When you turn on the int wipers, the rear window defogger will turn on and if you press the button for the defogger, it won't turn off. If you cycle the wipers, the defogger will eventually turn off.

Any ideas? I haven't looked deep into it, but I believe there's some control unit which ties all of these things together and some relays aren't working or are sticking closed.
