Unhappy Secondary Air Pump

Hello,
I while back I had the Service engine light come up and had gotten the secondary air injection pump replaced(Jan 06). Then a month or so ago I got the light again and got crankshaft sensors replaced. Last week, the light came up again and it was the Secondary Air Injection pump. I got a new one in however the mechanic said that somehow water is filling the pump up and he doesn't know why since he checked the hoses etc? Now today the light came up again and its in the shop as we speak and well it seems the code came up with the same thing. So they're checking.. So any ideas or suggestions??
Thanks for all your help in advance!

Re: Secondary Air Pump

I'm assuming the error code is P0410 or so?

I recall there is a GM TSB out on resolving the water issue concerning the secondary air pump.

Have you had the CAT convertor tested?
