2002 power door locks

the locks in my van does not lock/unlock when i push the passenger's or driver's lock/unlock button. the locks all but the passenger's sliding door lock/unlock when the ignition is turned on and off. when i pull the bcm fuse and turn the ignition to ass mode it chimes twice but the power lock button doesn't do anything when i attempt to reset the program. it doesn't chime at all. i had all fuses checked by my mechanic and all fuses are fine. i'm trying to avoid the dealer but what else is there to try?

thanks

Re: 2002 power door locks

Please re-read your post (out loud) and make some changes. I would like to help, but I am having trouble understanding (I think a couple of words are missing).

But I think you are having trouble with your lock switches. If you know how to read wiring diagrams, you might be able to get some insight at the link below (look for the line about door locks & switches a few lines from the top).

Take Care,
