does anyone know if this item works to calibrate?

hello i just found this recalibrator online for sale for 170 bucks and want to get it because I have a 4.10 gear ratio and want to change my speedometer AND odometer. has anyone seen this product or heard anything about it so I know it will work before I buy it? heres the link http://fasttoys.net/shop/product_inf...ucts_id=10 58

bad link. i think there is a hypertech programer availible for ur car that u could use to correct the speedo. although the electronic odometer didn't come on board till 97 so im not sure.

I have a 96 and my car is controlled by the PCM. I had it changed when I got my tune from PCMforless.com.
