water blows out of radiator

when i place water in the radiatro it seems like there is compression blowing water out. there is a little water evidence on the dip stick. what could this be

yes its when the cap is off

It sounds like you have a bad head gasket or a bad head.. Have someone do a pressure check on your cooling system.

If you have water in your oil, you most likely have a blown head gasket.
