headlight prob.

i just finished fixing an exhaust leak and installing the front mount. car runs fine but now my headlights wont flip up. they worked fine before. i checked all the fuses in the car, they are all fine. i know that ther are four headlight retractor relays. ther is one in the box by the intake manifold and three in the box on the exhaust side. one of those might be the problem but i dont know how to check them.
any advice?
thanks

Re: headlight prob.

Try swapping relays with other relays that are known to be good. For example swap the relay with your fuel pump relay -- if your car runs then you know this relay to be good. Just make sure the relay you're swapping in has the correct amperage rating.

Re: headlight prob.

I thought it would be listed on there...a number with a little 'a' after it. If not, you can still try switching them out in respect to the voltage and hope for the best. Chances are you'll be fine.
