Vin number check?

Hi everyone,

I am looking at buying a 1997 JGC with about 114,487 miles on it with the 4.0 str8 6.

I am wondering what else I may be able to find out about this car with the vin #.

I ran the car fax and it found 9 records however sadly I do not have the ability to buy the car fax actual report so I am trying I guess you could say to do things the hard way.

Any insight about this would be great thanks for the time.

Ok well the carfax thing I wouldn't worry about too much, that canbe anything from accidents to title tampering to recalls to state inspections.

I checked for recalls on your jeep and there are no incomplete recalls.

That really helps to ease my mind. Espeshally since I think know 2 of the 3 owners and they are religious about maint.

Go to jeep web sight and give them the vin and tell them you want an options list and recall info. anything chrysler knows about it will be e-mailed back to you.
