what all can i do to the engine that will give me more power other than SC, turbo,intake,exhaust,pulleys,valvebody mod?? anthing u can think of that isnt too horridly expensive will help

a new flywheel and centerforce dual friction clutch will make better use of the existing power you have. flywheel's are kinda dough though.

OK CHECK IT OUT HEER I GO W/ MY FUNKY COMPERASINS...
when you wher a baby you wouldent eat much would you ? maybee like sum gerber and some fruit heer and there. then you grew up some and you discovered the happy meal and home cooking(peas suck) then you got to wher you are today strong healthy and eating those 6$ burgers,prime rib dinners and whatever they throw at you and that helps you produce and perform way better than when you wher a baby RIGHT! try living now w/ the exact same foods and quantities of food that you had when you where a baby your not guna be strong are you? my point is feed the max a bigger better diet, w/ a clean straw in your soft drink(fuel filter) better fuel injectors (RC) high performance fuel pump(VENOM) and control the diet with a air fuel controler(APEXi) and a fuel presure reg(STILLEN orAEM) eat that w/ a side order of motzerela stix(good spark plugs) ngk or denso get iridium if posible/platinum is good. and save some room for dessert(good ignition unit MSD or HKS) buy a jet performance ignition control too. and wash it all down w/ a pitcher of good ol 92 or 91 premium gas. oh yea i almost for got . the most important and the smartest thing to do if you are not going to turn it into a 5 speed(the best thing 2 do) would be to get that dons valve job and a trny cooler the cooler is cheap like 40.00 er sumthin like that adds miles to your trany. but the valve job dosent only add life to your trany it drops your q mile time 3 er 4 seconds(no bull shi$#) i m not shur on the web page for this but i will fined it.:bandit:

Is there a place i can just order an high performance ecu for a 95 maxima, or do i have to remove my existing one and send it out to be "tuned" like jim wolf and uprd?

I'd be willing to pay a bit more to not have to take my car out of commission for 3 weeks while they tweak it.

IT SUCKS HAVING YOUR CAR DOWN WHILE THEY DO UP YOUR ECU BUT 4 NOW I THINK THATS THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO(i will poke around and see what i find):apoke: DO NOT GET THE JET PERFORMANCE ECU/ GET THE JIM WOLF OR THE UNDER P.

YES /THE VALVE JOB IM TALKING ABOUT IS THAT ONE. IT IS REALY GOOD.(you need the trany cooler but its only 40.00 not bad..

if u send in an ecu y dont u jus call a junk yard and see if they have one for same year max and jus send them that one? or can u not do that?>

First off, on the JWT ECU, you can just order it... they charge you a refundable core charge, that you get back when you send in your old ECU. Do not get this if you plan on boost though, since it will advance your timing= boom on boost. 2nd, expect more like .2-.3 off for the VB mod. 3rd, msd ignition will not work on the max due to our direct capacitor ignition design, 4th, cam gears will not work on the maxima, due to the fact that we can't adjust timing, it's ECU controlled. 5th, new cams should be available soon, and they will be around $1000, 6th, get a walborro high flow fuel pump, 255lph, from www.autoperformanceengineering.com for $118 shipped, you will not outflow this pump. 7th, that's it for now...
