Old Testors Model
Has anybody heard of an old Testors model called the "Maserati Merak SS"? I picked it up at a local car show/swap meet for $4US. Just wondering if I found something good. No big deal.

The merak does look strikingly similar to the pantera, under the hood is a different story.
The merak was powered by a 220 Hp 2.9L V6, brining the car to 60 Mph in about 9 seconds The DeTomaso Pantera was italian designed with a ford cleveland 351 (5.8L) pushrod V8 in it, making its 60 Mph time under 7 seconds. Saw one late 70s model fully restored up close last summer. Has to be one of the nicest sounding cars I've ever heard
